What Makes Attorney Jason Scotto D’Aniello Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?
Jason Scotto D’Aniello received his Bachelors of Science degree, with honors, in International Relations and Diplomacy from Seton Hall University in 2011, and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014. While at Florida Coastal, Mr. Scotto D’Aniello received a Certificate for a concentration in Research, Writing, and Drafting, and received three separate academic awards in Judicial Writing, Pre-Trial Litigation Drafting, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Scotto D’Aniello is currently admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Scotto D’Aniello served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Vincent LeBlon in Middlesex County for the Superior Court, Law Division. As a law clerk, he helped manage a judicial docket involving civil law division matters, including, but not limited to, personal injury, employment discrimination, medical malpractice, and insurance litigation for the State of New Jersey.
After his clerkship, Mr. Scotto D’Aniello worked as an insurance defense attorney for personal injury matters for the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Scotto D’Aniello then became the lead Associate at his firm to handle all municipal court and criminal matters. Mr. Scotto D’Aniello continued his interest in municipal and criminal matters and focused his attention to DUI/DWI defense, and Real Estate Transactions to include commercial and residential closings for Buyers and Sellers.
Mr. Scotto D’Aniello has now opened a law firm with a primary focus on representing clients in local municipal courts for DWI/DUI defense, traffic offenses, driving while suspended, uninsured, and drug and disorderly persons offenses, Domestic Violence and Restraining Orders, and Real Estate Transactions to include commercial and residential closings for Buyers and Sellers.
Mr. Scotto D’Aniello is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division for the State of New Jersey.
